Pay for the year if you can. At The Wellness, Signature is £6,950 for the year or £610 a month, which comes to £370 more. Platinum is £17,450 for the year or £1,530 a month, £910 more. Either way, the membership runs twelve months and nothing renews without you.
Both memberships are twelve months from the day you join. You choose how to pay at the end of the application.
Signature is £6,950 paid for the year, about £19 a day, or £610 a month for twelve months. Paid monthly, it comes to £370 more across the year.
Platinum is £17,450 paid for the year, about £48 a day, or £1,530 a month. Paid monthly, it comes to £910 more.
The saving for paying upfront is about 5%, and we keep it modest on purpose. The year is what the membership is built around, and the price should be the price either way.
We never discount anything by more than 10%. The member rate on scans, specialist appointments we arrange and our longevity programmes is 10% off, and it is the same for every member.
The membership is planned across twelve months from the first week. On Signature, your welcome consultation is by video in the first week, your blood test for the year follows, and a few days later your doctor goes through the results with you.
From then on, the year runs to a plan your doctor writes with you at the welcome consultation. It says what is checked and when, what your targets are, and what happens if a result moves. You keep a copy, and every appointment after that starts from it.
The flu vaccine is given in the autumn. Your two house calls and three guest passes are there whenever you need them.
On Platinum, your concierge calls within one working day to book your welcome consultation, the executive physical is planned into your year, and your longevity plan is reviewed every quarter.
Monthly suits somebody joining partway through a year of other commitments, or a household adding several people at once. It is the same membership, with the same doctor and the same limits.
Monthly payments are taken on the same day each month for twelve months, and the membership ends at the end of the term unless you choose to continue.
Signature is your own private GP in London, seen the same day at our London clinics, including Marylebone and Belgravia, open from 7am to 9pm every day, and a doctor by phone or video wherever you are. It includes up to 12 same-day appointments in clinic and 36 by phone or video a year, which is many times the 5.16 consultations a year the University of Oxford found the average person in England has.
Platinum adds a named physician who plans your health with you, a personal concierge, the executive physical every year, and a longevity plan reviewed every quarter.
Hospital treatment, a specialist’s own fee, medicines, visits to doctors abroad and scans beyond those listed sit outside the membership. We arrange them and give you the price first.
Members take 10% off scans, specialist appointments we arrange and our longevity programmes, and our partner rates apply to care abroad. You always know the price before anything is booked, and it is the same whether you pay for the year or by the month.
Paid one appointment at a time, a busy year adds up quickly. Six video consultations come to £900, three same day appointments in clinic to £660, an Advanced Health blood panel to £650 and one house call to £400, which is £2,610.
Signature at £6,950 is for the year when you want more than that, planned around you, with the same doctor each time. If your year is quieter, paying as you go is the better choice, and the same doctor will see you if you ask for them by name.
When several people join together, each has their own membership and record, and the application totals the household for the year or by the month. Each person keeps their own record, and their own doctor who knows it. Paying monthly spreads a larger sum across the year, and the difference for paying upfront is the same small percentage for each person.
Guest passes cover a same day appointment for somebody who is not a member, three a year on Signature and ten on Platinum.
A household can mix the two memberships, with a principal on Platinum and a partner and children on Signature, each person on the membership their own plan needs.
