What is now available

From 15 October 2026, people in 126 places, from Abu Dhabi to Zurich, in 57 countries, each have a page for where they live [1]. Each page says how a person who lives there can be cared for by The Wellness, in our nearest city or in London, with one concierge arranging either.

The Wellness is open in 13 cities, London among them [2]. A place with no city page of its own is matched to the nearest of them by distance, so a reader in Lugano sees Milan and London, and a reader in Edinburgh sees London [3] [4].

Who it is for

The pages are for people who live outside London and come here for care, and for the families, assistants and offices who plan those visits for them. Many readers combine a health check with a business trip or a family visit, and the pages are written so the care fits around the days they are here.

They are also for people who would rather be seen closer to home. Where one of our cities is nearer than London, the page leads with it, and the same doctor can follow the care from one city to the other [1].

Facts for each place, each one sourced

A page names its place only to carry facts that a reader there can use. Each fact about local health care or travel is read on its source, dated and cited, so no page is the same words with a city name swapped in [1].

The entry rules are read on GOV.UK. Holders of many passports can apply for an electronic travel authorisation, which costs £20 and allows a visit of up to 6 months, and medical treatment is among the reasons a visitor may come [5].

Our cities

Besides London, The Wellness is open in Dubai, Beverly Hills, New York, Miami, Singapore, Hong Kong, Paris, Monaco, San Francisco, Tokyo, Sydney and Milan. Each city has its own page with its services and fees, and appointments there are requested on that page and arranged by our team [2].

A reader whose nearest city is one of these sees it first on their page, with three of its services and their fees in the local currency. London follows, because many people combine care at home with a visit here, and the same record follows them between the two.

What it costs

In London, a telephone consultation is £59, a 30 minute GP appointment £150 and the executive physical, a full day with one physician, £2,995 [6]. In our other cities each page gives that city's fees in its own currency, as the city's page shows them [2].

Your concierge tells you every fee before anything is arranged. Specialists, scans and medicines are priced separately and agreed with you first, and a receipt with a doctor's letter is provided for anyone who claims the cost from an insurer at home.

Open /from and find the place where you live, or the nearest one to it. The page links to a request for our nearest city and to a request in London, and to WhatsApp for anyone who would rather write.

If you are visiting London, the visiting page sets out what a visitor needs to know, from registering with no GP to paying as a visitor [7]. Many people plan the visit with their concierge weeks ahead, so that tests are taken early in the stay and the doctor can go through the results in person before they fly home.
