What is now available

From 18 October 2026, every test and scan The Wellness offers in London has a page of its own, with what it measures, how long the result takes and what it costs [1]. There are 18 of them, gathered on one index at /tests, and each price is the one the request page charges [1].

People who live or work in 12 London neighbourhoods can now also find care close to them, on 24 pages of their own. Each covers one service in one area, with the walk to our clinic, the doctors who see you and the fees [2].

The tests and scans, each with its price

The index groups the tests the way a doctor would think of them. Blood tests come first, then allergy testing, ultrasound, MRI and CT, and the genome [1]. Each line shows the lowest price for that test, and the page behind it explains the options.

Most single blood tests are part of a panel, so one sample often answers several questions at once. A doctor reads every result before it reaches you, and no referral is needed to request a test [1].

  • Full blood count, liver and kidney function, in the Core Wellness panel at £350 [3]
  • Thyroid, testosterone and PSA, in the Advanced Health panel at £650 [3]
  • ApoB and Lp(a) for heart risk, in the Longevity+ panel at £1,395 [3]
  • A full body MRI, from £2,500, with a consultant radiologist's report [4]

Care by London neighbourhood

The neighbourhood pages cover Marylebone, Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Chelsea, Fitzrovia, Westminster, St John’s Wood, Notting Hill, Holland Park and the City [2]. Each one covers a single service, from 6 in all, so a person in Chelsea looking for blood tests reads about blood tests in Chelsea and nothing else.

The services are private GP appointments, a doctor at home, blood tests, health checks, women's health and sexual health [2]. Every page gives the fees, the walk or the ride to our clinic at Portman Square, and the nearest pages for the same area.

Who this is for

The tests pages are for anyone who wants to know what a private test costs before they ask for it. A price on its own page can be compared, saved and sent to a partner or an employer, and it does not change when you call.

The neighbourhood pages are for people who would rather see a doctor close to home, or have the doctor come to them. A GMC registered doctor can visit a home, hotel or office in any of these areas, and members pay £400 a visit [5].

What it costs

A Core Wellness blood panel is £350, the Advanced Health panel £650 and Longevity+ £1,395, and each includes the blood draw in clinic [3]. A telephone consultation with a GP is £59, a 30 minute appointment £150 and a same day urgent appointment £220 [6].

A doctor at home is from £450 [5]. Every fee on these pages is read from the same list the request page charges, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.

Why every price is published

A person deciding on a private test should be able to see what it costs before speaking to anyone. Publishing each price on the page that explains the test means the decision can be made at home, with a partner or with an employer, and the figure on the page is the figure at the desk.

It also means a price cannot drift from one conversation to the next. When a fee changes in our catalogue, every page that quotes it changes with it, because no page types a fee of its own [1].

How to begin

Open /tests and choose the test, or open /london and choose your neighbourhood. Each page has a request button that carries the test or the area with it, so the team knows what you were reading.

You choose a time and see the price before you confirm. If you are unsure which test answers your question, a telephone consultation with a GP is the quickest way to find out.

Questions

Where can I see the price of every test?

On the tests page at /tests, which lists 18 tests and scans, each with its own page and its price [1].

Do I need a referral for a test?

No referral is needed. You can request a test yourself, and a doctor checks that it answers your question before anything is done [1].

Which London neighbourhoods have their own pages?

There are 24 pages across Marylebone, Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Chelsea, Fitzrovia, Westminster, St John’s Wood, Notting Hill, Holland Park and the City [2].

Is the blood draw included in the price?

Yes. Each blood panel includes the draw in clinic, and the Core Wellness panel is £350 [3].
