If we can't prescribe something, we'll explain why and suggest alternatives.

Service fees range from £35 for repeat refills to £110 for urgent service. Medication costs vary but are often similar to NHS prescription charges (£9.90 per item). Some medications are cheaper privately. We show all costs upfront with no hidden fees. Premium subscription at £50/month includes up to 4 refills and one consultation.

Absolutely. We're CQC registered and all prescriptions are reviewed by GMC-registered doctors. We follow the same clinical guidelines as the NHS. Our doctors have access to your medication history to check for interactions. The process is often safer than rushed GP appointments.

Yes, easily. We can take over managing your repeat prescriptions while you remain registered with your NHS GP. The transfer is completely free and takes 2-3 days. We handle everything with your GP surgery. No paperwork required from you.

We offer 2-hour emergency service for £110. Prescriptions can be sent to any UK pharmacy for immediate collection. We also provide emergency supplies for lost or forgotten medications. Same-day delivery is available in London. Weekend and evening service available.
