Aesthetic Doctor and Injector

Dr Sara Imani-Masouleh is an aesthetic doctor and injector. She qualified in medicine at Leeds, holds a first-class intercalated BSc from Imperial, and trained in hospital medicine through foundation and internal-medicine posts at the John Radcliffe in Oxford. She came to aesthetics from medicine, not the other way round.
Skin health is where she starts. She has completed accredited skin-cancer training, works as a skin-cancer ambassador, and won the British Association of Dermatologists elective prize for work at St John’s Institute. Before she plans any treatment she looks first at the condition of the skin itself.
She holds a Level 7 qualification in aesthetic medicine from Harley Academy and has placed thousands of injectable treatments alongside leading London plastic surgeons. Her work is known for restraint. Anti-wrinkle treatment and dermal filler are placed by anatomy and in proportion to the face, to refresh rather than alter. The best result, she will tell you, is the one no one can quite place.
Platelet-rich plasma and polynucleotides that work with your own biology to rebuild skin quality over time.
Anti-wrinkle treatment and dermal filler placed by anatomy, for movement and balance that still read as you.
A close read of your skin first, so treatment protects its long-term health, not just its surface.

“I wanted to still look like me, just less tired. Three months on and people keep asking if I have been on holiday.”
“She talked me out of half of what I came in asking for, and I am so glad she did. It looks like nothing was done, which is exactly what I wanted.”
“She started with my skin, not a syringe. A few months of the right treatments and my rosacea has calmed down more than years of trying things on my own.”
Come with clean skin and any recent skin or specialist letters if you have them. There is nothing to fast for. Allow up to an hour so there is time to assess your skin properly and design a plan before anything is decided.
No. Dr Sara works by anatomy and in proportion to your face, with deliberate restraint. The aim is rejuvenation that no one can name, only notice.
Always. Her focus on skin health means every plan starts with the condition of the skin itself, so regenerative and skin-quality treatments often come before anything else.
You will receive an itemised receipt suitable for insurance claims. Cover varies by policy, so check your eligibility with your insurer before booking.
Every treatment with Dr. Sara begins with a consultation to assess your skin, understand your goals and design a plan that is entirely your own.
