The Wellness
Aesthetics & regenerative medicine

Dr Qudsiyah-Bano Agha-Shah trained at University College London, graduated with first-class honours and is a published researcher. She works in aesthetics and regenerative medicine, and treats every face as its own anatomy rather than a template. Her results are deliberately understated.
She has injected since 2022, building her aesthetic practice alongside hospital posts in cardiology, emergency medicine, stroke medicine and primary care. That medical grounding sets her threshold for what is safe and what is worth doing, which is a clinician’s threshold rather than a salesperson’s.
At The Wellness she focuses on regenerative work, platelet-rich plasma, polynucleotides and skin boosters, with refined injectables and hair restoration. She holds a first-class BSc in Women’s Health, is published in Frontiers in Immunology, and has presented at the WONCA World Conference and the Royal College meetings.
Platelet-rich plasma and polynucleotides for skin and under-eye, working with your own biology.
Anti-wrinkle treatment and dermal filler across lips, cheeks, tear trough, jawline and chin, placed by anatomy.
Platelet and polynucleotide therapy for thinning hair and the hairline, always assessed medically first.

“I came in for lip filler and left with a plan for my skin instead. She is honest in a way that is genuinely rare in this world.”
“My hairline had been receding for years. Six months in and I have baby hairs coming through. I did not think that was possible.”
Bring a list of any medications and any recent bloodwork or specialist letters if you have them. There is nothing to fast for unless you are booked for a metabolic review. Allow up to an hour so your goals and anatomy can be assessed before anything is decided.
Yes. Dr Agha-Shah works in proportion to your individual anatomy and deliberately under-treats rather than over-treats. The aim is to enhance what is already there.
Most injectable and regenerative treatments let you return to normal life the same day, with any minor swelling or marks settling quickly. Dr Agha-Shah will tell you exactly what to expect for your specific plan before you book.
You will receive an itemised receipt suitable for insurance claims. Cover varies by policy, so check your eligibility with your insurer before booking.
Every treatment with Dr Agha-Shah begins with a consultation to assess your goals, understand your anatomy and design a plan suited to you.
