What is now available

The Wellness for teams is a global health membership for companies. It gives a firm's leaders, its people and their families private doctors and one concierge in 13 cities, held on one contract and invoiced once a year [1].

From 15 October 2026, the people who choose health benefits can read 17 guides on how to do it, and 6 pages for the sectors we work with most [2] [3]. Since 18 October the teams page sets out the tiers, what each includes and the source of every figure on one grid [1].

Who it is for

The membership is for firms whose people travel, relocate or work across several countries, and for the partners and principals who lead them. The guides are written for the person who arranges it, whether a chief people officer, a head of benefits or a managing partner.

The sector pages are written for law firms and their partners, investment and trading teams, fintech and banking teams, AI and software teams, luxury and fashion houses and insurance and reinsurance teams [3]. Each one sets out what people in that sector tend to need from a doctor and how the membership fits around it.

The sector pages

Each sector page starts from the way people in that sector tend to work, with long hours, travel at short notice and teams spread across several cities, and from what the firm is likely to offer its people already [3].

The pages say what a doctor can do about each of those, from same day appointments to care that follows a person between cities, and how the membership is priced for a firm of that shape. They are a starting point for a conversation with our team, and every proposal is written for the firm in front of us.

The guides

The guides answer the questions a buyer of health benefits asks before a decision is made. They cover choosing a corporate health partner, reviewing benefits before renewal, health benefits after a merger, what private medical insurance covers, what an employer can and cannot see of health data, and care for people who travel or relocate [2] [4].

Each guide states its sources and the day they were read, so a reader can check a figure before it goes into a board paper. Guides with medical content carry a marker until a clinician has signed them off [2].

What one contract holds

One contract covers a firm in every country it works in, renewed once a year [1].

• Diagnostics, with bloods and scans read with a doctor
• Health programmes, with executive assessments and a plan after
• Dentistry, with check ups and treatment in your city
• The concierge, where one message arranges any of it

What it costs

The membership comes in four tiers [1]. Leaders is from £28,500 a person a year, for partners, principals and the people who lead the firm. Team is from £9,500 a person a year, for every person on one membership. Family is from £45,500 a year for two adults and two children, and Individual from £18,500 a year for one person, wherever they live.

The membership is a doctor service with insured cover arranged through a licensed insurer for inpatient, outpatient and dental care [1]. A whole company with its own terms is priced on proposal.

How to begin

Request a proposal and tell us the countries your people are in and how many of them there are. Our team will be in touch to understand the firm and send one proposal that covers all of them [5].

Once the contract is signed, the whole firm can be live within ten days [1]. Each person is introduced to their concierge and can request a doctor from the first day, in whichever of our cities they happen to be.
