What does a longevity clinic cost in London in 2026

Snow-dusted mountains and autumn forest mirrored in a still lake

A longevity clinic in London charges from a few hundred pounds for a single consultation to £34,995 for a year of physician led testing and review. The Wellness publishes its prices. A longevity consultation is £350, credited against a programme, and the programmes run from £2,995 to £34,995.

What a longevity clinic sells

A longevity clinic sells time with a doctor who is trying to find disease before it produces symptoms, and to slow the processes that produce it. The work is a programme rather than an appointment. Testing comes first, usually blood work well beyond a standard panel, imaging, and measures of fitness and body composition, and then a doctor turns the results into a plan that is reviewed and measured again.

This sits apart from private GP care, which treats what is wrong now, and from a one off health screen, which hands you a report and ends. In England, adults aged 40 to 74 without an existing diagnosis are invited to a NHS Health Check every five years. A longevity programme exists for people who want considerably more than that, more often.

What it costs across London

Published prices across London span a wide range, because the word longevity covers a single blood test and a year of scans. A consultation sits in the low hundreds of pounds. A comprehensive assessment with imaging runs into the thousands. The flagship assessment at Echelon Health, a specialist assessment clinic, is published at £14,000 on their own price list, read on 18 October 2026.

The honest way to compare is to ask what each price contains. Some clinics quote a headline figure for testing and charge again for the time a doctor spends explaining it. Others, including us, put the physician consultation inside the programme price.

Three questions separate most quotes. Who reads the scan, a consultant radiologist or a technician with a template. How many physician hours are included, and what an hour costs once they run out. What happens to a finding that needs following up, whether the referral, the repeat test and the letter to your GP sit inside the fee or are billed afterwards. A programme that looks cheaper on the page often moves those costs to the month after the testing, when you are least able to compare.

What The Wellness charges

A longevity consultation is £350, credited against a programme if you go ahead. It is an hour with a doctor to decide whether any of this is worth your money, and for many people it is not.

The Executive Physical is £2,995, a full day of testing and consultation built around an executive schedule. An Executive Body Scan is £5,995, built around imaging.

Longevity Foundation is £6,995. Longevity Elevation is £14,995 per person, or £29,990 for a couple. Longevity Echelon is £34,995 per person. Elevation includes a full body MRI and a cardiac CT, advanced metabolic, hormone and epigenetic biomarkers, cognitive testing, DEXA and VO2 max, and WHOOP for twelve months. Echelon adds quarterly MRI and DEXA, advanced oncology markers, twelve physician sessions a year, four NAD+ IV infusions and priority concierge access.

What the evidence supports

The strongest evidence in this field is for the unglamorous parts. Blood pressure and lipids, found early and treated properly, are where a programme earns its fee. The value is mostly in finding these early and having a doctor who stays on the result.

The broader claim, that a programme of testing and review extends life, is unproven. A Cochrane review of 17 randomised trials of general health checks in adults found they did not reduce overall mortality or morbidity. Health checks do increase diagnoses, which is the point, and increased diagnosis has not been shown to equal longer life. We believe a physician led programme with proper imaging is a different product from the health checks in those trials, and we are honest that the trial that would prove it has never been run.

Who this is for

The people who get value are those with a family history that justifies early surveillance, or a working life that makes the NHS route impractical, or simply a wish to have a baseline measured properly once and then tracked. We have clinics in Marylebone and Belgravia, and most programme consultations can begin by video.

The first year costs the most, because the baseline is the expensive part. Imaging, the wide blood panel and the fitness measures are what a later year is compared against, so the question worth asking before you start is not what this year costs but what the year after looks like, and whether you intend to keep going.

It is not for someone looking for a guarantee. No clinic can promise you a longer life, and a page that tells you otherwise is selling certainty the evidence does not contain.

Good to know

It is £350 for the hour, and it is credited against a programme if you go ahead. If you decide against it, you keep the consultation and any results it produced.

Elevation at £14,995 is the fullest single year of testing, and Foundation at £6,995 suits someone who wants the structure without the imaging depth. Echelon at £34,995 is for someone who wants quarterly surveillance and twelve physician sessions a year.

Nobody can promise that, and the trial evidence for health checks extending life is negative. What a programme can do is find treatable disease and risk early, and give you a doctor who stays with the findings.

Yes. The Executive Physical at £2,995 and the Executive Body Scan at £5,995 are one off assessments, and the £350 consultation stands alone.
